Defense Technologies International Corp., through its subsidiary, Passive Security Scan, Inc., develops and sells passive scanning technology for detection and identification of concealed threats for the security of schools and other public venues in the United States. It offers Passive Portal, a walk-through weapons detector; Passive Portal elevated body temperatures (EBT); and Passive EBT Station. The company was formerly known as Canyon Gold Corp. and changed its name to Defense Technologies International Corp. in June 2016. Defense Technologies International Corp. was incorporated in 1998 and is based in Del Mar, California.
