GGL RESOURCES CORP

GGL Resources Corp. engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral properties. It explores for gold, copper, and silver deposits, as well as diamonds. The company holds interests in the McConnell Creek project located in the Omineca mining division of British Columbia. It also holds an option to acquire interests in Gold Point project located in Nevada; and the Stein diamond project located in Southern Boothia Peninsula. The company was formerly known as GGL Diamond Corp. and changed its name to GGL Resources Corp. in September 2009. GGL Resources Corp. was incorporated in 1981 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
