The Flexonics segment comprises land vehicle emission control products, which include exhaust gas recirculation coolers, fuel mixing and distribution systems, and flexible couplings; and industrial process control products that consist of flexible hose assemblies and control bellows, fuel cells and heat exchangers, and precision-machined components, as well as engineered expansion joints, dampers, and diverters. The company was formerly known as Senior Engineering Group plc and changed its name to Senior plc in 1999. Senior plc was founded in 1836 and is headquartered in Rickmansworth, the United Kingdom.
