What you'll do

  • 01Manage calendars, travel, and meeting prep for both founders.
  • 02Own the rhythm of the firm: weekly planning, standing meetings, follow-throughs.
  • 03Handle inbox triage and external correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate.
  • 04Coordinate events at SF Patchworks (founder demos, dinners, occasional poker nights).
  • 05Take ownership of administrative work that doesn't have a home yet, accounting handoffs, vendor management, anything that quietly becomes a problem if no one owns it.

What we're looking for

  • 013+ years supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving organization. Prior experience supporting founders or investors is a plus.
  • 02Comfortable with the operational tooling we live in (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.) and quick to learn new tools.
  • 03High-trust, high-discretion. You'll see materially-non-public information about positions and investors and need to be reflexively careful with it.
  • 04Bias to action; willing to make a judgment call when there isn't time to ask.

What success looks like

In your first 90 days, the founders should be spending materially less of their week on administrative work and feeling that the trains are running on time without their hand on the lever.
